Counselling and Supervision in Manchester and Online

Supervision

Support for Helping Professionals

Whether you're looking for a space to reflect on your client work, develop your practice, or think through the challenges of a demanding role, I offer supervision for counsellors and other helping professionals such as social workers, teachers, lawyers and mental health first aiders.

My approach to supervision

A collaborative relationship

The supervisory relationship is central to how I work. My aim is to provide a time and space where you feel able to think openly, discuss challenges, celebrate successes, and develop your practice with confidence.

Supporting your practice and wellbeing

Supervision, for me, is not simply a professional requirement but an important part of supporting both your work and your wellbeing. It is a collaborative process tailored to your needs and stage of development.

The Seven-Eyed Model

My approach is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision, which offers a flexible framework for exploring not only client work, but also the wider relational, personal, and organisational factors that can influence practice.

Getting Started

I offer a free initial 30-minute telephone consultation. This provides an opportunity for you to talk about what you are looking for from supervision, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether I’m the right supervisor for you.

• Supervision is available on an individual or group basis, either in person in Manchester city centre or online via Zoom.

• Sessions are charged at £50.00 for 60 minutes or £75.00 for 90 minutes.

My location
