Most organisations now recognise that wellbeing at work is no longer just a ‘nice to have’. It has a direct impact on how people feel in their roles, how teams work together, and on employee retention and overall performance. This is particularly relevant where people are managing high workloads, emotional demands, or responsibility for others.
Reduced absenteeism
Improved employee engagement and staff retention
A more motivated and productive team
There are three main ways in which I work with organisations to support staff wellbeing: Counselling, Reflective supervision and Workshops.
Pay-as-you-go counselling sessions, which give employees access to confidential, professional support when they need it most. They can be delivered in person (at your premises or my Manchester office) or online.
Supervision provides a space for staff to reflect on their work and consider its emotional impact. It can be particularly valuable for those in caring and relational roles such as healthcare, education, and social care. Individual and group sessions are available.
Sessions are shaped around the needs of your organisation, so content and timing can be adapted accordingly. Topics can include stress, anxiety, burnout, confidence, imposter syndrome, resilience, managing conflict, grief and managing change.
